Heat oil in a cooker
Add dried red chillies and onions, fry it till golden brown
Add ginger garlic paste
Add tomatoes, red chilli powder and salt
Fry till tomato is pulpy
Add rajma, potatoes and water, mix it well
Cover the cooker and bring it to whistle in high heat
Lower the heat and cook for another 20 min
Let it cool before you open the cooker
With the back of the ladle crush the rajma partially till the gravy becomes creamy
Add garam masala powder and mix it well
Serve hot with rice
