Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Onions 2


  • Tomatoes 3


  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp


  • Dried red chillies 4


  • Salt 3 tsp


  • Potatoes 3


  • Rajma 100 gms


  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp


  • Mustard oil 2 tbsp


  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp

Directions

  • Heat oil in a cooker
  • Add dried red chillies and onions, fry it till golden brown
  • Add ginger garlic paste
  • Add tomatoes, red chilli powder and salt
  • Fry till tomato is pulpy
  • Add rajma, potatoes and water, mix it well
  • Cover the cooker and bring it to whistle in high heat
  • Lower the heat and cook for another 20 min
  • Let it cool before you open the cooker
  • With the back of the ladle crush the rajma partially till the gravy becomes creamy
  • Add garam masala powder and mix it well
  • Serve hot with rice
